General Terms & Conditions
- In the event of an account being reported, the merchant is required to notify the customer to withdraw or cancel the complaint, resolving the frozen fund. Once the account is unfreeze, funds will be returned to the merchant.
- Incidents such as fraudulent funds or customer complaints on the merchant's website will be considered a high-risk site. Any violation affecting our channel's standard of operation,Barbatus reserves the right to suspend the services at any point of time.
- After a player withdraws complaint, proceed to ban the player's account, prohibiting the use of our channel.
- Judicial complaints will be handled individually.
- Whether the account is frozen during settlement or withdrawal, we are not responsible for the funds in the merchant's or their customer's bank account.
- Barbatus only accepts customer collections and payments from online casino and foreign exchange platform (verification of platform/website required).
- If a merchant is found abusing the service in other industries, the contract will be terminated without further notice, and all fund balances will be seized.
- In the case of suspicious online casino collections and payments, such as telecom fraud, scamming, fund scams, etc., we will suspend the service immediately.
Legislation Freeze
- If the receiver bank account was frozen due to legal issue, we will freeze the amount of the receiver bank in Barbatus .
- The amount will be returned if the legal issue solved.
Disclaimer
We WILL NOT be responsible for funds frozen in the merchant/their customer's own bank accounts regardless if the accounts are frozen upon settlement or found out.
Service is NOT allowed to be used in the following industry:
- Scam
- Terrorism
- Corruption
- Drug Trade
- Weapon Trade
- Human Trafficking
- Multi-level Marketing
If found that Merchant misuse or abuse usage in other industry, the contract will be terminated without further notice and all fund balance will be forfeited.
